Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to know, and we would rather hear it from you than from a reader who acted on it. Corrections are made in public.
How it works
- 1. You tell us the page and what is wrong, ideally with a source.
- 2. We acknowledge within two working days.
- 3. We check the claim against a primary source, not against a provider's marketing.
- 4. If we were wrong, we fix the page, update the last verified date, and add an entry to the changelog describing what changed.
- 5. If we were not wrong, we explain why, and we tell you what evidence would change our mind.
Material errors
A wrong statutory rate, a wrong entity model, or a wrong price is a material error. We fix those within five working days and note them on the page. Typographical fixes are made silently.
